I was already a vegetarian before i was diagnosed with celiac disease. So eliminating gluten from my diet just pushed me further into the dietary corner.
These days I rarely eat meals away from home. At home I have complete control over what ingredients are in the foods I eat. I do a lot of cooking from scratch.
Fortunately for me I'm retired from the corporate world, so I have no need to go to work. I work on my own websites from my home.
I should get out more
